About My tools

My Tools

My Tools is an initiative brought to you by the Association québécoise de prévention du suicide (AQPS) with the collaboration of CETI-SMDI and the financial support of the Quebec Ministry of Health and Social Services

My Tools is a complementary platform to suicide.ca, offering mental health self-management tools to improve well-being and prevent suicidal thoughts. It was created for people aged 14 and over with suicidal thoughts, as well as anyone living with a common mental health disorder such as depression or anxiety.

The development of My Tools is part of the mandate given to the AQPS by the Quebec Ministry of Health and Social Services to develop a provincial digital strategy for suicide prevention.
