The Canadian Mental Health Association works to promote mental health, prevent mental illness and provide support to the public. The Quebec City branch's services include a helpline and psycho-educational workshops.

The CMHA – Quebec Division is a provincial organisation that offers programmes and a coherent ecosystem of actions aimed at prevention, recovery, awareness and strengthening individual and collective capacities in the face of mental health disorders. 

CARAT is certified by Quebec's Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux. It works with men over 18 to provide them the tools and support they need to deal with alcohol, drug, and medication addiction issues.

The mission of the Centre Alter Agir is to help men who engage in violent behavior in a family or marital context, as well as men experiencing emotional difficulties, in order to prevent violence. 

Le Marigot de Matane is an alternative living environment that provides assistance and self-help for adults with current or previous mental health problems, concerns about their mental health, emotional difficulties, or difficulties integrating or reintegrating into society.

CASA is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide specialized addiction prevention and treatment services. The services are intended for adults and their families and friends, and are available in both residential and outpatient formats.
