La Traversée (South Shore) is a nonprofit organization offering free, long-term psychotherapeutic services to women, adolescents, and children in the Montérégie region who are victims of sexual assault. It also implements and develops prevention activities.

Concerned by the fact that some mothers may experience psychological distress following the arrival of a child, Le Berceau, in collaboration with the Table de concertation en Petite Enfance de la Vallée des Patriotes, has set up an innovative self-help group for these mothers in difficulty: Les mères-veilleuses. Les mères-veilleuses is a mutual support group for women living with postpartum disorders with or without a medical diagnosis.

Offers a 24/7 crisis line as welle as assistance and counselling services to people experiencing mental health problems or any other crisis situation, including distress, anxiety, family or relationship crisis, separation, bereavement, suicidal thoughts, or concern for a loved one.

JAG offers services for anyone in the Montérégie West, Centre and East regions who is affected by, or questioning, affective, sexual and gender diversity.

Its services are divided into five components: individual meetings, group meetings, workshops and training adapted to the school and professional environments, sexual health education and services adapted to seniors.

Offers crisis and suicide prevention services, as well as mental health rehabilitation services.

Dunham House is a residential treatment centre for individuals suffering from mental health and concurrent disorders, including addiction. It offers two residential programs, an intensive one-month individualized program (which can be extended) and a six-month program.

Individual or group therapy for people with drug or alcohol addictions.

Therapy house for survivors of sexual assault and violence.

Maison La Margelle's provides treatment and social integration services to clients with behavioural, psychosocial, or family difficulties caused by alcohol, drug, or gambling addiction. It also provides support for families and friends.

Offers treatment and residential services using an approach that promotes total abstinence as a way of life.
