Centre d'entraide Émotions is a community organization serving the greater Quebec City area. Located in Sainte-Foy, it helps people who are experiencing or have experienced mental health problems, including borderline personality disorder.

The mission of the Centre d'amitié autochtone de Québec is to maintain a meeting place in Quebec city to satisfy the cultural, material, and social needs of Indigenous people living urban areas. 

Front-line organization that offers specialized crisis intervention services. It's mission is to intervene with people in crisis, whether the crisis is situational or related to a mental health problem.

The centre offers personalized counselling for people considering suicide and their families and friends, support for sentinels, workplace support, telephone interventions, clinical support for responders, and telephone follow-ups. It is also involved in postvention, including telephone interventions, interventions with individuals and their families and friends, workplace interventions, a suicide bereavement support group, and postvention protocols for schools and workplaces.

CPSQ offers professional and specialized services in suicide prevention; counselling for people considering suicide, for their loved ones, and for people bereaved by suicide; and training.

Residential resource for people with alcohol, drug, and gambling addiction.

Organization that fosters recovery and social reintegration for people with alcohol, drug, and medication use disorders. Also provides assistance for related issues such as legal problems, mental health problems, sexual abuse, and other trauma.

Created in 2018, the new MAMUK Multi-Service Centre, managed by the Missinak Community House, is driven by the common mission of the Friendship Centres, which is to offer services to the urban Aboriginal population and to promote culture and rapprochement between peoples.
