CEPS Beauce-Etchemins offers listening and support services that place emotional well-being and the promotion of life at the heart of its actions. It offers a 24/7 telephone listening service for people experiencing loneliness, stress or a difficult period, as well as individual or group support for the bereaved.

The mission of the Centre Multi-Écoute is to provide mental health prevention and to help with the social integration of any person who needs it.
The Centre Multi-Écoute is a listening, psychosocial assistance and referral center for all individuals. It offers services in several languages while respecting the culture of the participant and, as much as possible, in the client's language of origin. In this sense, the Centre Multi-Écoute pays special attention to immigrants.

Expression offers a confidential, neutral and non-judgmental active listening service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the MRC des Appalaches. All of Expression's listeners are volunteers trained in active listening and suicide prevention in order to offer callers an attentive ear.  They have an open, empathetic and understanding attitude and show the utmost respect to each caller.

Provides support services for people age 55 and older with problems related to problematic use of alcohol, medication, or other substances or to gambling addiction. Also offers support for families and friends who wish to help them.

La Montée provides treatment for problems related to alcohol, drugs, medication and excessive gambling. This nonprofit resource uses a motivational and cognitive-behavioural approach and offers a 20-day residential treatment program.
