Expression offers a confidential, neutral and non-judgmental active listening service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the MRC des Appalaches. All of Expression's listeners are volunteers trained in active listening and suicide prevention in order to offer callers an attentive ear.  They have an open, empathetic and understanding attitude and show the utmost respect to each caller.

Réseau FADOQ is a seniors' network that brings together and represents people age 50 and older with a view to maintaining and improving their quality of life. It advocates for seniors' rights, promotes their contribution to society, and provides support through programs, services, and recreational, culture, sports, and outdoor activities.

With its 3 components, Maison de la famille, Centre de Ressources Périnatales (CRP) Le Préambule and Maison Oxygène Haut-Richelieu, Famille à Cœur offers a full range of workshops and services for families in the Haut-Richelieu MRC. 

Offers listening, self-help, and emotional support services to women undergoing or considering a separation or divorce and provides legal information and comfort.

The Fonds Communautaire des Chenaux provides a humanistic and personalized approach to helping people in financial difficulty by offering budgeting and food security services.

This community services and coordination centre for teens and young adults works to promote psychological health and well-being and foster social integration and prevention.

Le Gîte Jeunesse is an independent community organization whose mission is to meet the needs of boys aged 12 to 25 who are experiencing personal, academic and/or family difficulties, as well as to provide support for their families. The organization offers young people and their families listening, support, referral and temporary accommodation services.
