Donne-toi une chance helps francophone and anglophone men in the Outaouais region who are experiencing personal, family or marital difficulties.

Expression offers a confidential, neutral and non-judgmental active listening service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the MRC des Appalaches. All of Expression's listeners are volunteers trained in active listening and suicide prevention in order to offer callers an attentive ear.  They have an open, empathetic and understanding attitude and show the utmost respect to each caller.

Offers listening, self-help, and emotional support services to women undergoing or considering a separation or divorce and provides legal information and comfort.

Hommes & Gars is an independent community organization offering free, confidential counselling services to men, as well as awareness-raising and popular education to the Magdalen Islands community.

La Gigogne is a community organization in the Matane region that specializes in domestic violence and literacy. It offers services to women who are victims of domestic violence and their children, with or without shelter (emergency shelter and second stage housing). The organization also runs Alpha de La Matanie, a grassroots literacy service that teaches basic math and computer skills. The service is open to everyone.

Maison le Passeur is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to promoting equal relationships between people. Through non-violence awareness programs and psychosocial intervention for men in distress and/or exhibiting violent behavior, we aim to offer these men a new perspective on well-being in their lives and those around them.

The Maison Oxygène provides temporary housing for fathers and their children who are going through a period of adjustment, where professionals offer support in improving and consolidating father-child bonds, as well as parenting and social skills.
