he Haute-Yamaska Resource for Men (H.Y.R.M.) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to help men struggling with intimate partner violence, childhood sexual abuse, and mental health crises (e.g., breakups, co-dependency, emotional difficulties, etc.).

Secours-Amitié Estrie is a front-line community organization working on prevention and support in the area of mental health. It offers an anonymous, confidential and free telephone listening service to the adult population of the Eastern Townships, i.e. 9 MRCs and 117 towns and villages. The organization also offers a customized training service in active listening to organizations in the Eastern Townships.
