The mission of the Centre Multi-Écoute is to provide mental health prevention and to help with the social integration of any person who needs it.
The Centre Multi-Écoute is a listening, psychosocial assistance and referral center for all individuals. It offers services in several languages while respecting the culture of the participant and, as much as possible, in the client's language of origin. In this sense, the Centre Multi-Écoute pays special attention to immigrants.
Centre d'écoute Montérégie, briser l'isolement chez les aînés
Le centre d’écoute Montérégie aims to prevent or break the isolation and loneliness of people over 50 years old in Montérégie, through a free and confidential listening service. People who request it or who are referred to us can be registered on our call list and receive a weekly call from our volunteers. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, as well as Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Expression offers a confidential, neutral and non-judgmental active listening service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the MRC des Appalaches. All of Expression's listeners are volunteers trained in active listening and suicide prevention in order to offer callers an attentive ear. They have an open, empathetic and understanding attitude and show the utmost respect to each caller.
