The organization offers a telephone information service, an accompaniment service for applications for suspension of a criminal record (pardon application), information workshops and awareness activities. 

The Commission des services juridiques is the agency charged with applying the Act respecting legal aid and the provision of certain other legal services in Québec. The Commission ensures that legal aid is provided, either free of charge or with a contribution from the beneficiary, to financially eligible persons who apply for it and that certain other legal services are provided.

The CEL offers a generalist, anonymous, confidential and free telephone listening service to any person in difficulty or feeling the need to confide.

CEPS Beauce-Etchemins offers listening and support services that place emotional well-being and the promotion of life at the heart of its actions. It offers a 24/7 telephone listening service for people experiencing loneliness, stress or a difficult period, as well as individual or group support for the bereaved.
