Concerned by the fact that some mothers may experience psychological distress following the arrival of a child, Le Berceau, in collaboration with the Table de concertation en Petite Enfance de la Vallée des Patriotes, has set up an innovative self-help group for these mothers in difficulty: Les mères-veilleuses. Les mères-veilleuses is a mutual support group for women living with postpartum disorders with or without a medical diagnosis.

Tel-Aide's provides a free, anonymous, and confidential listening service in French and English, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our service is accessible to anyone who is experiencing loneliness, stress, psychological distress, or anger, or who simply needs to confide in someone who will listen without judgement.
